Patrick is so helpful and nice. I get that lawyers are supposed to be sharks and stuff but it's nice to be treated like a human when you're a client instead just another case. Idk please see for yourself. Their secretary is really nice too. It's just a really cool firm! And bte I am not paid to say this and I would never take money for my reviews.

“My name is David and when I got my 3rd DUI I hired Pat Silva to fight for me and he did! He got my 3rd DUI dropped, all I had to do was plead no contest to a few moving violations. I had a bac of .17 and he still got it dropped that’s why I call him the specialist!”
My client was charged with a 2nd time .28 blood dui. We were starting trial when I looked at my client and said “Eddy, do you still know how to stand like a Marine?” Eddy immediately snapped to attention. Back straight, shoulder back, eyes forward. We started jury selection and everyone knew Eddy was somebody special. During lunch I found out that the phlebotomist had moved out of state. Soon thereafter, the DA supervisor asked to speak to me and offered a WET and reckless, no jail time, no class, just a small fine. My client was very happy.
JUST A FEW OF MY RECENT VICTORIES:
N… Rol…: In Riverside County, Banning Courthouse, our client was accused of a 2nd time dui with a blood test result of .24. NR was found passed out in the intersection with the engine running. NR also refused to give a blood or breath test. RESULT: 100% DISMISSAL.
F… Lan…: In Riverside County, Banning Courthouse, FL was accused of a first time dui after the CHP was notified of a reckless driver. The police stopped FL, administered him a bunch of field sobriety test and 2 breath test which had a result of a .18 and a .18. RESULT: 100% DISMISSAL
A… Mar…: AM was stopped for not having a front license plate. After a few FST were administered the CHP arrested AM for allegedly being DUI. AM blew into an Drager 7510 breath machine which came back with a result of .12 .11. RESULT: 100% DISMISSAL.
M…Bri…: was stopped for doing 85 MPH on the freeway. MB had a class A truck license. MB refused to take a blood or breath so the CHP obtained a warrant for his blood. His blood came b back as a.10. RESULT: We beat the refusal allegation which saved his class A from a one year hard suspension AND we got his case 100% dismissed in court. This result save his job, his career, and his family from being destitute.
S… Sa…: was charged with a 2nd time dui. He was alleged to have been under the influence of marijuana, xanax, meth, and heroine. RESULT: After a 2 year long battle in the court system we achieved the ultimate achievement. Case was 100% completely dismissed. This saved his professional license.
J…Cor…: was charged with a .19 blood bac after the police stopped client for running a stop sign. Client also had a loaded handgun in the car. RESULT: After a lengthy court battle which included a Writ of Mandamus to the appellate division of the superior court, we were victorious, the case was 100% dismissed.
C… Smi…: was charged with a .11 breath dui after the police stopped him for flipping an illegal u-turn. He failed all of the field test and had slurred speech. RESULT: After 2 years of working this case up, we were finally able to achieve the ultimate outcome, 100% dismissal.
R… Wal…: was charged with a 242 battery after he allegedly assaulted a fast food worker. We were able to show that our client was a good upstanding citizen and he was willing and able to proceed to a jury trial and let 12 people of his peers judge his conduct. RESULT: case 100% dismissed.
P… Rod…: was charged with a .20 blood dui after the police made a questionable stop on my client. We filed a motion to suppress the blood result due to the illegal conduct of the police. RESULT: Case 100% dismissed.
A… Shan…: Was charged with a .10 breath dui after he allegedly nearly caused several accidents. RESULT: Case 100% dismissed.

Nobody wants an attorney, everyone needs an attorney. As I was laying down to sleep tonight thanking God above for all of my blessings Mr Silva popped into my head once again. This time I thought oh my gosh I still haven’t given a review and I have intended to. My case has been over for over four months and yes I am still thankful. I can’t say enough about him and his crew. I live in Texas and my offenses happened of course in California not knowing anyone for word-of-mouth by family or friends I was forced to find my attorney via website and alot of prayer. First thoughts were “so all these attorneys with awesome websites must be the ones who can’t perform in court and need to boast” or vice versa “they don’t necessarily suck but they’re not good enough because they can’t afford a good website” you get it. Here’s your answer badass website badass attorney. Mr Silva review.. simple this guy is smart he knows exactly what he’s doing he works very hard for you. Relentless to say the least he follows the law and he holds the law accountable. From the beginning to the end this guy is exceptional he’s good at what he does believe it. I have to say an attorney like Mr. silva is hard to find. he definitely knows what he’s doing and does not beat around the bush like others. i can’t explain how happy With the outcome of my case. I am a first time DUI offender and in the beginning I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I had received so many letters in my mailbox from lawyers trying to take on my case regarding my DUI. Patrick’s mail had stood out from 25 mails I would receive weekly. When I first met Patrick, it was on a Saturday, he made time for me on his day off. He helped ease my stress and told me not to worry about it, to go on living my life normally, that he would handle my case and appear on my behalf. That is exactly what I did, I did not stress one bit. Patrick had my complete trust and I knew he would fight for me. Patrick is truly a live savior, he is professional, experienced and a great lawyer. His assistant is amazing as well, whenever I had questions regarding my case she was quick to pull my file and keep me updated. Patrick Silva is absolutely amazing.!!!… he personally called me back within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and completely put my mind at ease……..! I had been absolutely distraught.. hadn’t slept or eaten much for 10 days and had droped 20 pounds…. I had been talking to lawyers for days and getting no good results or answers to my questions……. I was really concerned about keeping my driver’s license and had seen so many horror stories out there already…. one guy even wanted $500 just to send me some papers and wouldn’t answer my questions directly………….. Patrick did answer my questions……… everything that I was concerned about …………he was very forthcoming and even gave me D M V phone numbers and all the information that I needed ………he was very kind and patient and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will in the future….who is going through this horrible ordeal………. he is definitely the right man to contact for a DUI DWI problem……… he really knows his stuff in this field……….. My name david and literally a miracle happened. I was arrested for DUI and causing great bodily harm to my passenger when I wrecked my car. I was looking at 32 months in prison. I hired Patrick and the miracle happened. The DA was pushing for the maximum sentence, but somehow Patrick pleaded it down to just probation, no prison time. I don’t know what to say about this man. He saved my life and he can do the same for you. Trust him like I did, Patrick can do the same for you. Thank you Patrick.

Since the day I met Mr. Silva, I knew I had made the right decision in hiring him for my DUI case. Got into DUI last summer and because of the kind of job I had I didn’t want to lose it. I immediately called and consulted with Mr. Silva. As I shopped around for lawyers I noticed he had the best price and advice. About 6 months after the consultation I hired him. He and his team of lawyers worked tirelessly and hard for me. Got my .11 dui knocked down to a wet and reckless. I’m thankful and lucky I didn’t go anywhere else.

Long story short I was facing mandatory minimum 120 days jail time for 3rd dui in 10 years and I wrecked on my 3rd dui. Along with a little footwork I had to do I left the results up to God and Patrick Silva and he was able to get a Looot of jail time shredded off and accredited for ; l was very releived with the result which is 14 days house arrest! Totally doable and along with the multioffender program and fines. I am able to keep my full time job and benefits and continue on with my life.. I have no desire to drink anymore and have a great sober life ahead of me! Give him a call!

Mr. Silva is a great lawyer. He opened his doors to me on his Sunday off. He calmed my nerves and assured me he could help with a 3rd DUI charge I was facing 1 year in jail. I never had to step foot in court and I didn’t go to jail. Fantastic man and he knows what he’s doing that’s for sure.

Mr. Silva is a Great DUI lawyer he was very friendly and helpful, worth every dollar ! I had a BAC of .175 he saved my driving record , he was able to get both DUI counts dropped with a just a fine and 12 hrs of traffic classes .

Not gonna lie, at first I was skeptical about just spending money with out knowing how it would result. Mr. Silva was able to get my case not reduced, but completely dismissed. I am very great full, and satisfied with his service. I would, and will recommend him to anyone I know that has a DUI, or DWI.
